Now, after eight years of working in the industry, the actor is set to rock the screens in the country as his biggest hit ‘The Legend of Maula Jatt’ is likely to release in India next month. The 2022 action drama is the highest-grossing Pakistani film and the highest-grossing Punjabi film of all time.

Let us tell you that ‘The Legend of Maula Jatt’ was earlier scheduled to be released in Indian cinemas on December 30, 2022, but its release was postponed due to protests from several political parties led by the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena. Now, almost two years after its release, news has come that Zee Studios is planning to release the Pakistani film in India on September 20, 2024.

‘The Legend of Maula Jatt’ also stars Mahira Khan, Hamza Ali Abbasi, and Humaima Malick in lead roles. The action drama reimagines the classic tale of the rivalry between Maula Jatt and Noorie. While the character of Maula Jatt is played by Fawad Khan, Hamza Ali Abbasi plays the antagonist Noori.
