Recently, Farah Khan took to her Instagram handle and shared a picture from her Ganesh chaturthi celebration at her home. The photo featured Huma Qureshi and Patralekhaa in the frame. The trio looked beautiful in their respective traditional ensembles as they posed together with folded hands. While Huma looked stunning in a purple-colored salwar suit. Patralekhaa on the other hand, opted for a classy look as she wore a beige-colored saree.

Bollywood choreographer, Farah Khan looked chic in style as she was dressed in a printed co-ord set. She completed her look with soft dewy makeup and open tresses. Farah accentuated her look with a classy pair of earrings, a neckpiece, and a pair of slippers. While Farah looked stunning in her attire, some of the netizens were annoyed by her unconventional stance.
Farah Khan gives a befitting response to a user who trolled her for wearing slippers while performing ‘Ganesh Puja’
As soon as Farah’s picture surfaced online, netizens were quick to share their reactions to it. Users reacted to Farah’s decision to wear slippers while performing Ganesh puja. People took an incessant dig at Farah and advised her that she should not keep her slippers in front of Lord Ganesha. A comment read: “Plz remove ur slippers in front of ganesha”.
This incessant dig didn’t go well with Farah and she immediately reacted to the negative troll. Well, it seems it was a misinterpretation from the part of the user as Farah Khan gave a clarification on the same. Reacting to the comment, Farah mentioned that the picture was not clicked in front of Ganpati Bappa. Instead, it was clicked at outside. In her words:
“we were outside the house thank you very much.”
When Farah Khan opened up about facing a difficult time in her childhood
During one of the interviews with Bollywood actor Maniesh Paul, Farah Khan talked about the struggling days she had to face after her father, Kamran Khan’s demise. The filmmaker shared how she and her brother, Sajid strived to collect finances even for their father’s money.
Elaborating more about it, Farah revealed that she and her brother started to participate in dark humour, which to some extent comforted them. Sharing how they both make of the relatives who arrived at their father’s burial, Farah stated:
“About a week or two after our father’s passing, we found solace in dark humour. We began to make fun of the people who came to the funeral noting how some of them appeared very fake and all that was running in their mind was finding a place to play cards. This kind of humour played a crucial role in helping us cope during challenging times. Otherwise, it’s easy to succumb to depression.”
