Farhan Akhtar comments on wife Adhuna’s picture with her boyfriend!
Goodbyes are painful but not all endings are bitter! Many Bollywood couples have proved the same by ending their marital bond on amiable notes and being friends even thereafter.
Apart from Malaika-Arbaaz and Sussanne-Hrithik, Farhan Akhtar and his ex-wife Adhuna Bhabani are also indispensable names here; the couple continues to maintain a cordial relationship with each other post-divorce. They both have moved on in their respective lives and hold no grudges against each other. While Farhan is rumored to be dating actress Shraddha Kapoor, Adhuna, on the other hand, is dating Nicolo Morea.
Farhan is all updated about Adhuna’s relationship status and is pretty happy about it. His comment on Adhuna’s picture with her boyfriend further proves the same.
Adhuna, who is a celebrity stylist and also owns the renowned salon, B Blunt, recently posted a photo with her boyfriend and few other friends on Instagram. Lovebirds Adhuna and Nicolo recently joined Roots Football Academy, India’s first Amateur Football League. In the picture, they can be seen wearing which also has Adhuna’s brand B Blunt’s name over it.
Surprisingly, Farhan was elated to see the picture and how happy his ex-wife looked. Thus, he left a comment which read, “Nice jerseys OD, you all look great but GB image bottom right is bomb…hehehehe.”
Clearly, the ex-couple are great friends and are updated about developments in each other’s life. Not a long time back, Adhuna wrote a poem that grabbed a lot of attention. An excerpt from her poem read, “I just love, that the Father of my children is a good human being, And that my new lover is a patient one”
Farhan and Adhuna filed for divorce in 2016 and ended their 15-years-long marriage. They announced their separation with this statement: “This is to announce that we, Adhuna and Farhan, have mutually and amicably decided to separate. Our children remain our priority and it is immensely important to us, as responsible parents, that they be protected from unwarranted speculation and public glare. We sincerely request that we are given the privacy that is required at this time to move forward in a dignified manner.”
Well, as we mentioned above, not all endings our sour. Divorce can be amiable too. If a marriage is not working out, it is better to end it on friendly note before it turns toxic for any of the partner, rather than stretching it just for the sake of it. And in matter of kids, one must always remember that an unhealthy marriage of parents is way more dangerous for kids than a healthy separation.
