Bollywood film director Subhash Ghai has expressed his happiness over the use of the song ‘Tal Se Tal Mila’ from his film ‘Tal’ by the USA women’s artistic swimming team in the ‘World Aquatics Doha 2024’. The video of a month-old performance is becoming very viral on social media and garnering a lot of love from the audience. Let us tell you that this famous song was composed by AR Rahman, and has been used by the women’s swimming team during their underwater performance at the ‘World Aquatics Doha 2024’.

A group of women swimmers performed on the opening music of the song ‘Tal Se Tal Mila’. Since the video of the performance was posted on social media it is becoming increasingly viral. Composed by AR Rahman and written by Anand Bakshi, the song is voiced by Alka Yagnik and Udit Narayan.

Director Subhash Ghai shared a screenshot of the performance on his X account and wrote, that it is very rare when a Hindi film theme music becomes as iconic as ‘Tal’. It was seen at the ‘World Aquatics Doha 2024’, which inspired the USA Artistic Swimming Team to perform their unique performance to the music of ‘Taal’. I feel blessed that they have used our song to boost their performance, thank you all!’
