Facing two counts of forcible rape for sexually assaulting Jen B. and N, Danny Masterson’s initial mugshot has surfaced following his transfer to North Kern State Prison in Delano, California. The 47-year-old convicted rapist appears emotionless in the photo, showcasing overgrown hair and beard. Masterson is presently undergoing the classification and reception process in his new living quarters, coincidentally shared with Tory Lanez, who is serving a 10-year sentence.

Masterson charged with two counts of forcible rape

Facing charges of two counts of forcible rape for sexually assaulting Jen B. and N. Trout in his Hollywood-area home, Masterson, sentenced to 30 years in prison in September, had been held at LA County Men’s Central Jail, as per the New York Post.

District Attorney George Gascón’s statement during the sentencing in September conveyed, “This has been a long and arduous road for the victims of Mr. Masterson. They not only survived his abuse but also a system that is often unkind to victims.”

Throughout the allegations, Masterson has consistently proclaimed his innocence. In a December statement to US Weekly, he asserted, “From day one, I have denied the outrageous allegations against me. Law enforcement investigated these claims more than 15 years ago and determined them to be without merit.” He continued, “I have never been charged with a crime, let alone convicted of one. In this country, you are presumed innocent until proven guilty. However, in the current climate, it seems as if you are presumed guilty the moment you are accused.”

Netflix’s official statement on the decision

Masterson’s final role was on the Netflix sitcom “The Ranch,” where he collaborated with Ashton Kutcher. However, following the allegations, the show decided to write him off.

“In consequence of ongoing discussions, Netflix and the producers opted to write Danny Masterson out of The Ranch,” stated a spokesperson for the streaming company to US Weekly in December 2017. They added, “[Monday] was his last day on the show, and production will resume in early 2018 without him.”
