Foods to Avoid when You have Dry Skin

Several factors are taken into consideration when it comes to skincare. Some of which include our skin care habits, the amount of physical exercise we do and the types of food we consume regularly. In the case of the latter, certain food and drinks that we consume may include various vitamins but can also have a drying effects on our skin, if we consume them more than the recommended daily amount. 1. Vitamin A-enriched food

Food items that are grown and raised inorganically tend to be infused with pesticides, fungicides and harmful chemicals which can lead to adverse skin reactions. However, excess consumption can lead to toxic symptoms which can create the opposite effect of what they can provide. For drinks, avoid sugary sodas, fruit juices, and alcohol since they can have dehydrating effects.
