‘You all know I’ve been on this journey for most of my life. My highest weight was 237 pounds. I don’t know if there’s another public person whose weight struggle has been exploited as much as mine over the years,’ she said in The State of Weight conversation. ‘So, I am ready for this conversation.’

Her diet is a balanced composition of 20% protein and 30% fats. Her choices are rich in healthy fats and good carbohydrates such as whole grains, veggies and fruits.
