According to a report in Vogue, what was served to the guests for dinner at the Met Gala event, Olivier Chang included some of Karl Lagerfeld’s favorite dishes on the Met Gala 2023 menu, and guests sampled a variety of soups for the first time, including cold pea soup with young leafy greens, lemon crème fraîche and truffle snow.

The same dish consists of vegetable broth, asparagus, pickled strawberries and radishes with the late designer’s favorite, Ora King Salmon. In addition to groceries, many types of wine and diet cola are stored here. Soft drinks, meanwhile, are Karl Lagerfeld’s favorite drinks. Some users called the 2023 gala dinner disgusting.

Inside reports also say that the 2023 Met Gala decor was also modeled according to Karl Lagerfeld’s 18th-century Parisian residential library. The table setting was the same as at the 1978 dinner, with French linen napkins and rose bouquets.
