A standalone film for Black Knight is only a matter of time when the MCU expands more than ever.

Kit Harington, a 34-year-old British actor, is a rising star on the Hollywood scene, with an amazing career well underway. Recently, he played a lead role in Marvel’s Eternals. He became famous as Jon Snow in Game of Thrones.

When he played Dane Whitman in Eternals, he became familiar with the Marvel Cinematic Universe.Whitman discovers the Ebony Blade in the film’s post-credit scene, which bestows the powers of the Black Knight on whoever holds it. Because Marvel is known for probing a character’s future development through post-credit scenes, it is expected that the performer will return as “Black Knight” in “Avengers: Secret Wars.”

Eternals, directed by Chloe Zhao, will be released in late 2021. Even though it wasn’t everyone’s favourite MCU film, it did advance the Multiverse Saga. The film also introduced a slew of new characters, including Thanos’ brother, Eros, who was played by Harry Styles, and Dane Whitman, nicknamed Black Knight, who was played by Kit Harington.

Because the MCU is spreading faster than ever, it’s only a matter of time before Black Knight gets his own feature. Fans, on the other hand, are eager to learn when they will be able to discover the character’s genesis and backstory. In the middle of this, a fan hypothesis suggests that the Game of Thrones actor could reprise his role as Dane Whitman in Avengers: Secret Wars.

Kit Harington was last seen in the Eternals post-credits sequence. Black Knight stands in front of his family crest, preparing to open the case and unveil the contents. As he gathers the courage to do so, he finds himself face to face with a blade. Surprisingly, it’s not your average sword. It can give the owner enormous power at the expense of his sanity.

He is about to grasp the Ebony Blade, which is studded with the inscription “Mors Mihi Lucrum,” Latin for “Death is my recompense,” when he is halted by a voice.

“Mr. Whitman, are you sure you’re prepared for that?” the voice says. Though off-screen, Mahershala Ali’s voice has been verified.

Even though there has been no official confirmation of Kit Harington’s return as Dane Whitman, several fans assume he will appear in Avengers: Secret Wars, as practically the whole MCU is speculated to have some type of cameo.

Marvel fans may learn more about the Black Knight when the film Blade arrives in theatres in 2024.

This allows you plenty of time in between these two films to flesh out Dane Whitman’s character, who may desire to use the Ebony Blade to reclaim his girlfriend.
