Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor Hits Back At A Troll Who Questioned If David Beckham Knew His Identity

Actor Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor, who made his debut with the film Mirzya, often finds himself become the target of trolls for his stories and statements. But he surely knows how to slam trolls in his unique way. Recently, he posted a picture with the football maestro David Beckham that has drawn plenty of attention from social media users.

As a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, English former footballer David Beckham is currently on a three-day visit to Mumbai, India. Social media is flooded with the pictures of the renowned footballer as he attended the World Cup 2023 Semi-Final match between India and New Zealand at Wankhede Stadium.

After the game, actress Sonam Kapoor and her husband, businessman Anand Ahuja, had hosted a welcome dinner party for Beckham. Several inside pictures from the house party surfaced online. Sonam Kapoor’s brother and actor Harsh Varrdhan also shared his picture with David Beckham. Being a die hard, he posted on X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram both. He wrote in the caption on X, “Met David Beckham last night… spoke to him about United, of course, and the state of the club… can’t reveal more.”

Harsh Varrdhan Claps Back At a Troll

As soon as the actor shared the picture with Beckham, a section of netizens appreciated his honest caption on Instagram. One user wrote, ‘Bend it like Beckham’ , finally David met somebody who actually knows how great he is and not just clicking photos with him for the gram.”

A user tried to troll the actor by asking him if David knew his identity while meeting him. The user wrote, “Usne ye nahi poochha ki tu hai kaun (Didn’t David ask, who are you)?” Looking at this mean comment, Harsh gave a savage response to this user, “Bhai Woh mere ghar pe aaya…Tu kaun hai (Brother, he was invited to my house. Who are you)?”

Following this reply, a follower asked Harsh, “What have you done to people, why are they always like this.” Harsh replied, “Jealousy/insecurity.”

The Bhavesh Joshi Superhero actor was last seen in the movie ‘Thar’ alongside Fatima Sana Shaikh and Anil Kapoor. He is currently working on Abhinav Bindra’s biopic, portraying the role of ace shooter. He is also producing this biopic and considering some other scripts that piqued his interest.
