Karan Johar has repeatedly affirmed that whatever is imagined on his Koffee sofa comes to pass. He used famous couples like Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal as examples. On the most recent episode of Koffee With Karan 7, the director admitted that he attempted to set up Tiger Shroff and Shanaya Kapoor, the daughter of Sanjay Kapoor and Maheep Kapoor, at his 50th birthday party.
The star-studded party was a blast for celebrities. Some of them stayed out late partying. Tiger, though, was one of many who departed the celebration in less than an hour. But while he was there, Karan had Shanaya speak to Tiger and see if there was any chemistry between the two of them. Unfortunately, Shanaya believed she had bored Tiger with her courteous talk. “I attempted to facilitate a match at my party, and the next guest to enter was Shanaya Kapoor, to whom I said, “Talk to him. In polite small talk, Tiger and Shanaya exchanged glances on the bar stool. I guess he’s bored of me, she stated when she came to me after 10 minutes,” Karan added.
Tiger’s response came as Kriti stared at him in shock. “No, no, I thought I was being quite frank and cool. God, I feel awful right now. He continued by calling Shanaya “cool, chill, and sorted.” Karan added that he attempted to persuade Tiger to stay at the party a bit longer but failed. Then Kriti said she stayed till five in the morning.
Since they have been the subject of dating rumors for a while, Tiger also discussed his relationship with Disha Patani throughout the show. Tiger made the decision to refer to Disha as his “buddy” and claimed to be unmarried. “I simply have very close pals, like I have always had. We enjoy consuming the same foods. Perhaps that explains why we frequent that eatery together. Well, rumors about us have existed for a very long period. We have always maintained that we are incredible friends, and it still is now “cited Tiger. Tiger responded, “Yeah, I think so,” when Karan prodded him one final time about his current status as a single man.
