In one of the glimpses that Hina Khan has shown on her Instagram account, she is sitting with her head bowed on Rocky’s shoulder. When Hina shaved her head, Rocky also shaved his head. Rocky was sometimes seen feeding Hina with his hands, and sometimes pressing her feet and massaging her hands and feet. In one video, Rocky was seen applying cream to Hina’s face and making her wear sandals.
