Hot milk or cold milk: Which is better for your health?

Milk is considered a rich source of many essential nutrients, including calcium, potassium, and vitamin D. Many people include milk as a vital part of a balanced diet. Some people prefer it hot or some may prefer it cold. Have you ever thought about which one is best for you? Which milk is nutritious healthy for your health? Some people may not like milk and may not include milk in their diet chart. Milk, taken at wrong timing and unsuitable climate conditions, may cause mucus and cause various health problems.”

There are other reasons to consume cold milk. First, cold milk helps you to lose weight. Calcium in milk can boost your metabolism and burn calories faster. But if you take cold milk in the winter season, it can give you a cold and flu infection.

Warm milk is also healthier for your body because it is just as full of benefits as cold milk. Warm milk is preferred for kids and older people as it helps them to sleep better. Milk contains melatonin and amino which lead to sleep and become more activated when you heat the milk. And adding turmeric to warm milk help to nourish the body and keep it warm. It is also favored when you want to add some proteins or any powder which easily dissolve in warm milk.
