Aloe Vera Juice:
Aloe Vera juice is more commonly used for infections and burns and it is more known for its medical properties. This juice also helps in keeping your stomach free from toxins. It contains some strong anti-oxidants, which have anti-inflammatory properties.
For this you have to take out the gel from the aloe vera leaves. Mix it with water. Now drink this water 2 to 3 times.
If you want to get relief from acid reflux, then the aroma of fennel seeds can also be of great help to you. You can consume fennel seeds in two ways, either you can eat them by chewing them directly or you can also drink them by boiling them in water. Both methods are equally effective.
Dark Cumin Seeds:-
Bite cumin seeds straightforwardly or bubble 1 teaspoon of them in a glass of water and drink it to soothe corrosiveness.
