‘I Don’t Pay Much Attention’: Sonakshi Sinha Breaks Silence On Wedding Rumours

Sonakshi Sinha, who is enjoying the success of ‘Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar’, is currently the subject of wedding rumours.

Several reports claim that she is going to marry her rumoured boyfriend Zaheer Iqbal on June 23. Her father, Shatrughan Sinha, has reportedly given his permission for the wedding.

Shatrughan Sinha Broken His Silence On The Sonakshi Sinha’s Wedding Rumors 

Sonakshi told Idiva, “I have been asked about marriage many times. However, now I don’t pay much attention to it. For me, it goes in one ear and out the other. First of all, it shouldn’t matter to anyone else. Secondly, it is entirely my choice, and it shouldn’t matter to anyone else.”

She further expressed, “People ask me about my marriage more than they ask my parents, which is very funny. Now I am used to it. It doesn’t bother me anymore. People are curious, and what can we do about that?”

However, Sonakshi and Zaheer have not commented on these claims yet. Actor-turned-politician Shatrughan Sinha has broken his silence on the wedding rumours, saying that Sonakshi has not informed him about anything.

Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha has reacted to rumours about her wedding. There was news that Sonakshi might marry her rumoured boyfriend Zaheer Iqbal on June 23.

Sonakshi’s father and Bollywood star Shatrughan Sinha, has also reacted to the news of her marriage. In a conversation with a news channel, he said that he knows only as much as the media. He said, “Nowadays, kids don’t listen; they only inform us.”

He further said, “We fully trust our daughter’s decisions. She will never decide without consulting us. However, if something like this happens and she takes me into confidence, we will surely bless both of them.”

Wedding Functions Will Last Two Days. According to reports, the wedding functions of Sonakshi and Zaheer will last for two days, with some close friends and family invited. The wedding functions will start on June 22 and end on June 23.
