Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar is in the news these days for his upcoming film Bachchan Pandey. He is one of those Bollywood actors who remain in the news every year for his many films. In the year 2020, Akshay Kumar was one of the highest-paid actors of Bollywood. Now the veteran actor has revealed the reason for doing more films.

Akshay Kumar has said that he no longer does films for the sake of money but for passion. He said this during the promotion of the film Bachchan Pandey. The movie is going to be released in theaters soon. Akshay Kumar is promoting this film vigorously. Talking to news agency PTI, he said, “I choose to go to work in the morning and take a break on Sunday. If you keep working on a daily basis, easily you have many films in the pipeline.”

The actor further said, “Everyone was working in the pandemic, including policemen, media photographers and others. Everybody wants to earn money. Today I have everything in life, I live a good life. I can easily sit at home and not earn but what about people who want to work (and make money)? I am working today not for money but for passion. The day I feel bored, I will stop working.”

Akshay Kumar’s film Bachchan Pandey has remained in the headlines for a long time. This is a comedy action-thriller film by the actor. Apart from him in the film Bachchan Pandey, Kriti Sanon, Arshad Warsi and Jacqueline Fernandez are going to be seen in the lead roles. The film is directed by Farhad Samji.

Apart from this, his Prithiviraj, Raksha Bandhan, Ram Setu, Mission Cinderella and OMG 2 – Oh My God! Working in 2. Yami Gautam and Pankaj Tripathi will be seen working with him in the lead roles in OMG 2. Amit Rai has directed this film.The first part of this film was released in 2012.
