The popular singing reality show ‘Indian Idol’ is making a return with a fresh season, and this time around, there are significant changes in the show. Departing from the previous season, Neha Kakkar and Himesh Reshammiya won’t be part of the judging panel. Even the familiar host, Aditya Narayan, will also be absent from this season.

In ‘Indian Idol’ season 13, Aditya Narayan Chopra had revealed that he would be hosting the show for the last time, implying his absence in the next season. Now, Reports indicate that Neha Kakkar and Himesh Reshammiya will also not be returning, making way for other accomplished singers to take over the judging roles.

The audition phase for ‘Indian Idol 14’ is already underway, and more details are emerging. According to the official poster released by Sony TV, Shreya Ghoshal will be stepping in as a judge, replacing Neha Kakkar and Kumar Sanu will take place of Himesh Reshammiya. However, Vishal Dadlani will remain a consistent presence on the judging panel.

Interestingly, both Shreya Ghoshal and Kumar Sanu have been associated with the show in the past. Shreya previously served as a judge on ‘Indian Idol Junior’ in 2013, while Kumar Sanu has made several appearances as a guest judge.

Who will replace Aditya Narayan in Indian idol 14?

Stepping into Aditya Narayan’s hosting, Hussain Kuwajarwal is going to host the show Indian Idol 14. He had previously hosted the second season of ‘Indian Idol’ and ‘Indian Idol Junior’ in 2015. After an eight-year disappearance from television hosting, Hussain is all set to make a comeback with ‘Indian Idol 14’.
