Veteran actor Nana Patekar recently made a memorable appearance on the popular singing reality show Indian Idol 15. In the clip, Nana asked Myscmme, “You believe in numerology?” When she responded affirmatively, he promptly quizzed her about who she thought would win the competition, leaving the contestant momentarily speechless. He then followed up with another question, asking her to guess his age. This led Myscmme to glance at the show’s host, singer Aditya Narayan, seeking some guidance.

In his signature candid style, Nana Patekar smiled and remarked, “Dekh teri numerology hai, woh bakwaas hai na? Tu bejhijhak gaa de (See, your numerology is all nonsense. You just sing without hesitation), that is the truth. Leave the rest.” His directness not only startled the contestant but also caught judge Badshah off-guard.
The promo was shared with the caption, “Bebaak Nana bol uthe — agar gaane pe full focus hai, toh baaki kuch zaruri nahi” (Outspoken Nana opened up – if full focus is on the singing, then nothing else is important).
