South sensation Vijay Deverakonda will soon make his Bollywood debut alongside Ananya Panday in the much-anticipated film Liger. Helmed by popular South filmmaker Puri Jagannadh and produced by Karan Johar, the film is slated to hit the screens on August 25. Now, as the release date is nearing, makers are increasing the curiosity of fans by dropping some interesting posters.

Recently, Karan Johar dropped a photo of Vijay from the film on his Instagram handle. In the image, Devarakonda is posing naked with a bunch of roses placed in such a way that it is covering his private parts. ‘Saala Crossbreed’ is written on it. Alongside the photo, Karan wrote, “Rose Rose aise gifts nahi milte.”

Vijay also re-posted the image and wrote about his experience of shooting the film. He penned, “A Film that took my everything. As a performance, Mentally, and physically my most challenging role. I give you everything! Coming Soon.”

The picture is grabbing eyeballs as many users have appreciated this latest glimpse from the movie. But at the same time, it is also receiving the wrath of trolls. They were quick to mock the actor for his nude pose. ‘You gave including clothes’, a comment read on Vijay’s post. ‘Ye kya ashleel hai’, said another troll. ‘I laughed more than Hera Pheri after seeing the poster’, wrote the third user. Another netizen simply tagged it as ‘vulgar.’ ‘Finally, Karan Johar made u a joker, nangepan ki had par’ read another troll.

On the other side, Vijay’s fans started trending ‘Sexiest poster ever’ as soon as they found out about the actor’s stripped-off avatar. The love not only poured from fans’ side but also from Bollywood celebs. Divas Sara Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor could not control but swoon over Vijay’s ‘smoking hot’ looks.

Sara praised the Arjun Reddy star in her Shayarana andaz. She took to her Instagram to share the same poster. In the caption, Sara wrote, “Roses are red, violets are blue…here’s @thedeverakonda lookin’ smoking for you (and me too)”. While sharing the latest poster, Janhvi Kapoor penned, “We’ve got a very special delivery to Bollywood and it’s looking a lot like @TheDeverakonda #Liger coming soon”.

For the uninitiated, Liger is a sports drama with some power-packed action sequences. In the film, Vijay portrays an MMA fighter. It also features famous boxer, Mike Tyson. Ananya’s role in the flick is still a mystery. It is speculated that her chemistry with Devarkonda will be a surprise for their fans.
