Late actor Irrfan Khan’s son Babil Khan is often in the news headlines. Recently, Babil shared an old interview with his father, in which Irrfan was asked about his son’s future plans and the actor explained his perspective for the same. In response to this question during the interview, Irrfan said that his son did not know about this. Babil shared the video on his social media handle and got emotional while remembering his difficult days spent in London a few years ago.

Along with this, Babil wished that his father could have seen his commendable performance in ‘The Railway Man’ and must be proud of his son and his work. On his Instagram account, Babil Khan shared a clip of his father Irrfan Khan, and Akshay Kumar’s interview with Rajeev Masand. When the host talked about the actor’s son and said that both of them must have understood this by now, the actor immediately said “My son still has not understood this”. Babil got emotional at what his father said about him.

While sharing this video on social media, he wrote the caption, ‘When my ‘baba’ gave that interview, I was very lost in life. But even today, I laughed happily at the honesty with which my father had said, “My son is not able to understand”‘. Babil further said, “I wish I could show them that Baba saw that boy grow up, but he didn’t grow up, he made himself and became successful.”

During this Babil also expressed his gratitude to Shiv Rawail for giving him the opportunity to work in his debut OTT show, ‘The Railway Men’. Further, Babil revealed that when he had very little pocket money while living in London, so take care of his expenses he used to work in bars and worked as a bartender at places like Lord’s and Wembley.
