Bollywood actress Soha Ali Khan recently opened up about a disturbing incident from her life that left her shocked and disgusted. In a candid conversation with one of the media houses, she revealed that she once faced public harassment in broad daylight, an experience that gave her a deeper understanding of what many women endure on a daily basis, especially those who use public transport.

Speaking to one of the media houses, Soha was asked if she had ever been flashed in public. To this, the actress shared a shocking memory from her time in Italy. “Yes, it happened in Italy. Apparently, it’s not uncommon there, but in broad daylight? Yes. I just don’t understand the motive behind it. Why would someone do something like that? I have no desire to get into his mind to figure it out,” she said, expressing both disbelief and concern.

The actress also spoke about the darker side of the film industry, touching on the issue of the casting couch. Soha acknowledged that her privileged background might have shielded her from such experiences. “Maybe it’s because I come from a film family, people know Saif is my brother, Sharmila ji is my mother. Perhaps that’s why I was never subjected to it. Thankfully, I never faced anything of that sort,” she admitted.

On the professional front, Soha was recently seen in Chhori 2, a horror thriller directed by Vishal Furia, streaming on Amazon Prime Video. The film is a sequel to Chhori, which was based on Furia’s 2017 Marathi movie Lapachhapi. With this project, Soha made her acting comeback after seven years, her last appearance being in Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster 3. Talking about her personal life, Soha shared that she and her husband, actor Kunal Khemu, who married on January 25, 2015, did not initially prioritize having children.
