In an old video, Jaya Bachchan’s irate side was captured on tape as she was seen shoving Brindya Rai, the mother of her daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai, away. Jaya Bachchan’s video of her upset side with her bahu, Aishwarya’s mother, at an occasion went viral. Internet users report that Jaya Bachchan even pulled her bahu, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s mother, Brindya Rai, away in the aforementioned video clip that is currently going viral. Jaya Bachchan appeared unhappy with her family. In the 2014 clip, Bachchan can be seen arriving at a trailer launch party that Deepika Padukone and Rajinikanth were hosting. 

Jaya Bachchan irritatedly pushed away Aishwarya’s mother, Brindya’s hand

In a video posted to Reddit, Jaya can be seen walking towards Brindya Rai, Aishwarya’s mother, as they prepare to pose for the cameras. She appeared agitated and furious, too, and when Aishwarya’s mother attempted to place her hand on her back, Jaya yanked Vrinda’s hand away and simply remained next to her. According to sources, in the initial video, which was published on YouTube, Jaya held Vrinda’s hand for a few seconds until the latter withdrew it away on her own.

Netizens’ reaction to visibly upset Jaya Bachchan’s behaviour towards Aishwarya’s mother

As soon as the video was posted on Reddit, internet users swarmed the comments area with their own opinions. One user was brought back to their own mother-in-law. Another person wrote, “OMG, we have the MILs from the same planet then. Disrespecting me and my family on a daily basis is her hobby.” One netizen also wrote, “Ash’s mom was hurt, but she handled it. Ash’s parents/ family has always been so dignified. Had Jaya been my MIL she would think twice before handling my mom like this.”

However, a user pointed out that the video was manipulated to make Jaya Bachchan look awful. The user stated: “Actually the video is edited to look like this. There’s the whole video somewhere down in the comments where it shows how Jaya held the hand and then let it go.” Watch the video here!
