‘Justice Will Be Served’: Raj Kundra Breaks Silence On Pornography Case, Denies Involvement

Businessman Raj Kundra, who has been at the centre of a controversial pornography production case, has broken his silence after three years, addressing the media for the first time since the scandal. In an interview with ANI, Kundra denied any involvement in the production of pornography and explained why he had stayed quiet amid intense media scrutiny.

“Silence is bliss,” Kundra began, explaining his initial reluctance to address the allegations. However, he stated that when his family became involved, he felt compelled to speak out. “When it comes to family and when family members are involved, I feel I should come out and speak. When I stay quiet, people think I’m hiding something. And people should realize the truth,” he added.

Kundra firmly denied the accusations that he had produced pornographic content, clarifying that his role was limited to providing technological services to his brother-in-law’s company. The company, Kenrin, hosted an app in the UK that featured bold but non-pornographic content targeted at an older audience. “I have not been a part of any pornography, any production, nothing to do with porn at all,” Kundra asserted. He further explained that his involvement was strictly as a technology provider, emphasizing that the content in question was A-rated films, not pornographic in nature.

Addressing claims that he was the “kingpin” of multiple apps involved in the controversy, Kundra said, “I am involved in the participation of software technology only and nothing wrong was being run in that app.” He challenged anyone to come forward with evidence linking him to any illicit activity.

Having spent three years fighting for his discharge from the case, Kundra expressed confidence in the judicial process. “I have full faith in the judiciary. If I’m guilty, charge me; if I’m not, discharge me,” he said. Reflecting on the emotional toll of the ordeal, Kundra recalled the 63 days he spent in detention following his arrest. “Being away from my family and fighting in court was difficult,” he admitted. However, he maintained his belief in his innocence, adding that his bail was granted because there was no evidence to support the allegations.

Kundra also suggested that business rivalry played a role in the conspiracy against him. He claimed he had learned of a plot against him during his detention and had written to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) with the names of those he believed were behind the scandal. “Karma will be served. Justice will be served,” he said.

In addition to the pornography case, Kundra is under scrutiny from the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with an alleged money laundering investigation. Despite the ongoing challenges, he remains hopeful that the truth will eventually prevail.
