Sharing the recording experience of this song, Sirisha says, I recorded the song after coming to Yash Raj’s studio. Music composer Amit Trivedi gave me two songs. Ek phero na nazriya, which I finished in one take. Simultaneously, I finished this song in three to four takes. Amit had taught me the song which I had learned in a single sitting.  Amit gave me permission to sing this song however I wanted.”Sirisha says she’ll stay in Mumbai for a while and then try her hand at singing in Bollywood.
