Kajol shares why her kids are never afraid to do things of their interest

In one of the recent interviews, Bollywood actress, Kajol talked about her parenting style. She shared how both her kids, Nysa and Yug feel courageous of exploring new things. The celeb kids are aware that their mother, Kajol is behind there to support. Elaborating more about it, Kajol shared:

“Both my children today are not afraid to try new things or pursue their unique interests. They know, ‘Okay, mom’s got our backs,’ and I assure them, ‘Yes, I’ve got your back. Don’t worry about it.”

Kajol feels grateful of her mom, Tanuja to impart forward-thinking approach

During the same conversation, Kajol shared some interesting anecdotes about her upbringing. She paid gratitude to her mother, Tanuja, and revealed that it was she who had taught the right approach to life. She never treated Kajol or her siblings with any sort of bias. In her words:

“My mother had this uncanny ability to accept pretty much everything around her. I don’t think she ever gave us a basis for any kind of -ism. Whether it had to do with colour, gender, or whatever. Mine was one of the most amazingly forward-thinking upbringings. We grew up with the fact that everything was okay. Everything was a norm.”

In the same interview, Kajol was further asked what thoughts she would like to give to her younger self. To this, the actress stated her wish to not repeat the things she did in her younger days. In addition, she mentioned that her younger struggling days have taught her a lot of things. However, the actress mentioned that although she doesn’t want to be like her younger self again, there are certain arenas that she wants to rediscover and adopt into her recent personality.
