Kangana Ranaut Expresses Her Concern Over Lack Of Theaters In The Country, Read What She Said

Kangana, who is often known to keep her opinion strong on social media, has once again spoken on an issue. In fact, recently Kangana took to social media to talk about how the film industry needs more theaters and how going to theaters has become very expensive these days.

A big update has come out about Kangana Ranaut’s upcoming film ‘Tejas’. Till now its discussion was not even over that Kangana has raised the issue of theaters by tweeting. Kangana Ranaut had shared a tweet on her Twitter which read, “The dreaded box office is sparing no one… Reportedly PVR Inox reports a loss of around Rs 333 cr in Q4FY23, surpassing their previous year’s loss”. 107 cr loss is also added. Now they are planning to close around 50 under performing theaters in next 6 months!!!”

Kangana Expressed Concern Over The Lack Of Theaters In The Country

Panga girl Kangana expresses her concern over the dearth of cinema halls in the country and the rising cost of watching movies with family. Regarding this, Bollywood Queen tweeted and wrote, “We have to open more theaters and screens in the country, this is not right for the film industry at all. It is heard that watching movies in multiplexes is becoming very expensive, going out with friends/family means a significant portion of middle-class salary…this needs to be curtailed.”

Talking about Kangana Ranaut’s workfront, she will be next seen in the film ‘Tejas’ directed by Sarvesh Mewada. Produced by Ronnie Screwvala, the film will release in July or August this year. Apart from this, the actress also has ‘Emergency’, in which she will be seen playing the role of former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
