The festival of Diwali, sparkling with lights, has arrived and it is being seen everywhere. From the general public to the celebrities, everyone is shopping for the festival. From sweets to new clothes and lamps, everything beautiful is being bought. However, on this occasion, once again the debate about firecrackers has started. For the past several years, the issue of banning and not using firecrackers is raised as it causes pollution.

At the same time, many people say that why such things are said only during Diwali, while there is a lot of fireworks on the occasion of other festivals and weddings. Now recently outspoken actress Kangana Ranaut has also shared her opinion on this issue. Kangana has also disagreed on the issue of not burning firecrackers. Sharing the video of Sadhguru on Instagram, he wrote that people who care about the environment should not even use vehicles for these three days. Kangana Ranaut keeps everything she talks about freely and does not shy away from sharing her views on any issue. Recently, she shared a video on Instagram Story in which Sadhguru is seen talking about his childhood memories of Diwali. He told in the video how he used to start burning firecrackers a month before the start of Diwali and save some for later. Commenting on this video, She wrote that, ‘He is the one who has set a world record for green cover by planting lakhs of trees’. Along with this, Kangana wrote, ‘This is a befitting reply to all those Diwali environmental activists, you go to your office and do not use vehicles for three days’.

At the same time, many Bollywood celebs are appealing to people not to burn crackers this Diwali and pay attention to pollution. Rhea Kapoor said that ‘burning crackers is a very irresponsible attitude, stop doing this’. On the other hand, Mumbai Mayor Kishori Pednekar said that ‘Firecrackers are an important part of Diwali and it should be so. However, while lighting firecrackers, keep in mind that its noise and pollution do not harm others.

Like in the last three years in Delhi, this year also there will be a ban on the sale, storage, and use of firecrackers on Diwali. This has been announced by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal through his Twitter handle. He has taken this decision given the pollution situation in Delhi. CM Kejriwal said “Given the dangerous situation of Delhi’s pollution at the time of Diwali for the last three years, like last year, a complete ban is being imposed on the storage, sale, and use of all types of firecrackers. So that people’s lives can be saved.
