Popular comedian Kapil Sharma, accompanied by his wife Ginni Chatrath and children Anayra and Trishaan, made headlines as he visited the revered Vaishno Devi temple on Monday, April 15.

Dressed in a floral printed kurta and pyjama, Sharma greeted his fans with the traditional chant of ‘Jai Mata Di’, as captured in online viral videos. The heartwarming footage also showcases Sharma tenderly carrying his son during the temple visit.

Adding a spiritual touch to the occasion, Kapil Sharma engaged in devotional singing, captivating the audience with his rendition of the bhajan ‘Tune Mujhe Bulaya Sherawaliye’. This pilgrimage comes on the heels of Kapil Sharma’s 43rd birthday celebration earlier this month. The renowned comedian, who rose to fame after clinching victory in The Great Indian Laughter Challenge season 3 in 2007, reflected on his journey from aspiring musician to comedy icon. Recounting his trajectory in an interview with Outlook last year, Sharma confessed, “You can say that comedy happened by chance in my life. I am an accidental comedian.”
