What Priyanka Chopra Has Said
It was with Dax Shepard on his podcast Armchair Expert, Chopra had said that she was being ‘pushed into a corner in the industry’ and people (without taking names) didn’t cast her and she had ‘beef with people’. She was tired of the politics and needed a break and then Priyanka made her way to Bollywood. Post this, Kangana Ranaut claimed that it was Karan Johar who ‘banned’ Priyanka in the film industry.
Later, an old video of Karan from the 18th MAMI Mumbai Film Festival in 2016 went viral where he was openly confessing that he wanted to ‘murder’ Anushka Sharma’s career. He asked Aditya Chopra not to cast her for Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi.
