Actor and ex-Bigg Boss contestant Karanvir Bohra, along with wife Teejay Sidhu showed up at Sidharth Shukla’s house after the actor’s sudden demise recently. He had gone to pay his last respects to Sidharth. The actor was captured by the paparazzi. In one of the videos of him shot by paps, a media person is heard calling him ‘Gareeb (Poor)’ for driving a Maruti Suzuki Ciaz.
The actor has noticed the same video. Now, he has shared the clipping on his Instagram handle and has slammed the person who is calling him ‘poor’.
In the video, Karanvir and his wife Teejay Sidhu are seen standing below Sidharth’s apartment waiting for their car. In the background of it, one can hear a person saying, “Ciaz mein aaye hai, gareeb gareeb dikh raha hai yeh toh (He has come in Ciaz. He appears to be a poor person).”
In the last visuals, Karanvir is seen speaking to a few police officials seated nearby and then gets inside his car to drive away.
Schooling the person for noticing and saying rubbish things at such a tough time, Karanvir wrote, “‘Ciaz gadi mein aye hai, gareeb lag rahe hai!’ So sad, are we here to make 5-star appearances? We came to meet a mother who just lost her son. And this is what certain press people notice during such a grieving time? This is exactly what gives press people a bad name.”
About Sidharth Shukla’s sudden death
Sidharth Shukla was just 40 years old. His tragic and untimely death has sent shockwaves to the entire industry. According to initial reports, the actor succumbed to a heart attack but the exact reason behind his death has not been revealed yet.
The actor was cremated on Friday, September 3. Members from the television industry, friends and family members were present for his last rites at the Oshiwara crematorium. Karanvir was among the many celebrities who went to pay last respect to the actor. Jay Bhanushali, Mahhi Vij, Aly Goni, Asim Riaz, Rahul Mahajan, Vikas Gupta, Abhinav Shukla, Nikki Tamboli, Prince Narula were also seen.
The actor tasted success with his stint on Bigg Boss 13. He was last seen on reality shows Bigg Boss OTT and Dance Deewane 3 with rumored girlfriend Shehnaaz Gill. As an actor, Sidharth last made an appearance in the lead role of Agastya in AltBalaji’s Broken But Beautiful 3.
