Kartik Aaryan lately opened up about reports that certain’ influential people in Bollywood are targeting or draining him. The actor has posed this question on the red carpet at the Iconic Gold Awards 2022, which were held in Mumbai on Saturday night. Kartik was among the winners of the night. He took home the Iconic Stylish Actor Of The Year Critics Choice Award for his performance in Dhamaka.

On the red carpet, while speaking to the media, Kartik was asked how he felt when he read certain negative reports being published about him in the news media. The actor responded in Hindi, “I do not indeed read them.”The media person also asked Kartik if someone in Bollywood was’ bothering him. To this, Kartik smiled and said, “ There’s nothing like that. Nothing is bothering me. Award le ke jaa raha hoon (I am taking home an award).”

Kartik had a tough 2021. He dropped out from Dharma Products’ forthcoming film Dostana 2. There were other unconfirmed reports that he’d lost out on another big design. But Kartik noway reflected on it. Lately, there were reports that Kartik hovered to walk out of his forthcoming film Shehzada. The reports surfaced after the directors of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo decided to release its Hindi interpretation in theatres. Shehzada is the sanctioned remake of the Telugu film. Reports said Kartik was upset about the box office prospects of his film being hurt by the original’s re-release.

Given these constant issues, numerous of Kartik’s suckers had claimed that the actor was being targetted by certain influential people within the film assiduity. Till now, Kartik had maintained a stoic silence on the issue though. Later on Saturday, Kartik took to his social media to partake a picture of himself holding his award. About his character from Dhamaka, he wrote, “Arjun Pathak is stylish. Iconic Stylish Actor of The Year Critics Choice.”

The actor has a busy 2022. He’ll be first seen in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, which also stars Tabu and Kiara Advani. Following this, he’ll be seen in Freddy contrary AlayaF. His last release of the time is Shehzada, which also stars Kriti Sanon, Manisha Koirala, and Paresh Rawal.
