Actor and comedian Kiku Sharda has taken to social media to dismiss rumors of a feud with his colleague Krushna Abhishek, while also confirming he has not exited The Great Indian Kapil Show. On Friday, Kiku posted a black and white photo of himself and Krushna on Instagram, putting an end to the speculation.
In the picture, both men are seen with their fingers to their lips, with the words “A never-ending story” written on the photo. Kiku’s caption further clarified the situation. “This bond will never break! The ‘fight’ was a prank only,” he wrote.
Kiku also used the post to assure fans that he is still a part of the show. “Don’t fall for all this gossip and rumours that I’ve left The Great Indian Kapil Show. I’ll always be a part of the show and this family,” he added. Kiku encouraged his followers to continue watching, noting that only three episodes were left in the season. The post was met with relief from fans, with one user commenting, “Good, or else without you there would be no fun in watching the show.”
The rumors of a fight between the two comedians began after a behind-the-scenes video went viral, showing the two in a heated exchange. In the clip, Kiku could be heard saying, “Am I doing time pass?” to which Krushna responded, “Okay, then you do it. I am leaving.” The argument escalated before ending with a seemingly tense exchange.
