Kirron Kher Warns Son Sikander Kher On Acting: ‘Will Open A Petrol Pump For You, If…’
One of the stars Sikander Kher, son of Kirron Kher and Anupam Kher, talked about his journey in the Hindi film industry. A new video on Siddharth Kannan’s YouTube page shows the actor talking about how his mother Kirron Kher told him that she would have opened a petrol pump for him if he couldn’t act well.
What Sikander said about Mummy Kirron Kher
In the new interview, Sikander said, “People were always nice to me, and they would tell me things like, ‘You did a good job,’ but I didn’t always believe them. They are still not convincing me. My mother tells me the truth all the time, so I only trust what she says. If you don’t listen to me, she asks, ‘Tujhe acting aati hai? As if he didn’t do it. If you do not act well I will open a petrol pump for you. Continue doing what you’re doing.’ Her words to me once were that she would have opened a gas station if that wasn’t the case!”
Someone told her that we would have told you what to do if you didn’t know. It was her word that you had it, so go for it.
How Sikander asked for work
Sikander also said that he often texted people in the industry to ask for work. Even though they were close, messages were often ignored. Thought they were too busy to respond. Since we cannot know others’ thoughts, he sent a new message the next day and waited a week. He waited another month and no word arrived.
The first movie Sikandar was in was Woodstock Villa, which came out in 2008. Along with movies and web shows, he was in Aarya, Tooth Pari: When Love Bites, and Monica O My Darling. He will next be seen in the Hollywood movie Monkey Man, which stars Dev Patel.
