Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli welcomed their Baby girl whom they have named Vamika in January. The couple pledged to keep her away from the limelight and since then, the paparazzi is behind them to capture that one look of Vamika. Recently, Virat’s sister Bhawna Kohli Dhingra was conducting AMA on Instagram. The fans took advantage of the session to gain information on Vamika’s looks. They surrounded Virat’s sister with multiple questions on the same. A fan asked Bhawna, “Have you met Vamika? Whom she looks like more? Anushka or Virat.” Revealing no details of Vamika’s looks, Bhawna replied, “Yes we have. She is an angel.”

 

Another fan came up with a question on her equation with her sisters-in-law, including Anushka Sharma to which Bhawna replied”They are both awesome, love them.”A similar bunch of questions came to Virat also when he held AMA on Instagram recently. He was asked by a fan, “What is the meaning of Vamika? How is she? Can we see a glimpse of her please?” The 32-year-old cricketer replied, “Vamika is another name for goddess Durga. No, we have decided as a couple to not expose our child to social media before she has an understanding of what social media is and can make her own choice.”

The couple has created a certain level of curiousness and excitement among their fans regarding their daughter’s looks. A request to media and photographers came from Anushka and Virat soon after Vamika’s arrival in January this year. A statement from the couple read, “Hi, Thank you for all the love that you have given us for all these years. We are happy to celebrate this momentous occasion with you. As parents, we have a simple request to make to you. We want to protect the privacy of our child and we need your help and support. While we will always ensure that you get all the content you need featuring us, we would request you to kindly not take or carry any content that has our child. We know that you will understand where we are coming from and we thank you for the same. ”

On the work front, both Anushka and Virat are excelling in their careers. They are currently in London for Virat’s next cricket match. Anushka was last seen with Shahrukh Khan and Katrina Kaif in the movie titled Zero. Talking about her upcoming projects, Anushka has a movie named Kaneda and former captain of India’s women’s cricket team, Jhulan Goswami’s biopic in her kitty.
