Kriti Sanon Crafting Dreams On-Screen And Beyond: Is Direction Her Next Move?

Actress Kriti Sanon, known for her successful films, dives into production with the upcoming thriller “Do Patti.” In a recent interview, Kriti, who began acting in 2014, shared her creative journey and discussed her motivation for venturing into film direction.

Kriti Sanon enjoys being on camera but finds directing too intricate and time-consuming for her current aspirations. She stated, “A director’s job is far more difficult, and you have to stay with that one project for a very long time. I don’t think I can do that.” Director Laxman Utekar sees directing potential in Kriti, but she’s currently content as an actor.

Kriti actively scripted “Do Patti” with Kanika Dhillon, diving into production with hands-on involvement. The actress eagerly embraced music development, likening it to a learning experience as a “baby who has started and has so much to learn.”

Kriti Sanon celebrated finishing “Do Patti” with a heartfelt Instagram post on December 19. Kajol stars in the thriller film produced by Blue Butterfly Films and Kathha Pictures, led by Kriti and Kanika Dhillon. Directed by Shashanka Chaturvedi, “Do Patti” is set to premiere on Netflix.

In her Instagram post, Kriti expressed her sentiments, saying; “Every film has a piece of my heart in it, but some have my soul too.. #DoPatti has had my heart, soul, brain, love, tears, dreams and more. My first as a producer under @bluebutterflyfilmsofficial and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed this creative journey!!”
