Kriti Sanon Praises Shahid’s Film ‘Jersey’; Says, ‘This Film Brought A Smile On My Face’

Shahid Kapoor’s film Jersey has been released in theatres today. Shahid Kapoor and Mrunal Thakur starrer ‘Jersey’ is finally all set to hit the theatres on April 22, after being postponed several times due to COVID-19. The film was scheduled to release on April 14, but due to some reasons, its release was postponed at the last minute.

At present, now that the final date of release has come out, the fans are also very excited about this film. At the same time, actress Kriti Sanon has praised the film ‘Jersey’ by sharing a post on Insta Story.

Let us tell you that ‘Jersey’ is a sports drama film and in this Shahid Kapoor is playing the role of a cricketer named Arjun Talwar. The film ‘Jersey’ is a remake of the Telugu film of the same name, directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri.

The most special thing about the film is that Shahid Kapoor’s father Pankaj Kapur is also in the lead role in the film and with this Shahid Kapoor and Mrunal Thakur will also be seen together for the first time.
