In a legal action, Lil Wayne is being sued by his ex-bodyguard, Carlos Christian, who alleges assault and battery, citing an alleged gun threat. Lil Wayne Faces Legal Action: Allegations of Assault and Gun Threat

The ex-employee reported to the police that rapper Dwayne Michael Carter Jr, professionally known as Lil Wayne, allegedly displayed a firearm and struck him in the ear.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Carlos detailed accusations against the 41-year-old artist, claiming Lil Wayne threatened to shoot him with a semiautomatic gun. Given the rapper’s history of serving prison sentences for weapon-related charges, Carlos took the threat seriously.

Narrating the December 2021 incident, the former employee dialed the police, alleging that Lil Wayne had employed an assault rifle during a confrontation at the singer’s residence in Hidden Hills, California. What began as a verbal dispute escalated into a physical altercation, culminating in the rapper brandishing an AR-15.

Carlos is seeking compensatory and punitive damages, citing loss of wages and medical expenses.

Sources close to the AMA winner have refuted the allegations, asserting that he did not possess a weapon during that time.
