According to a media report, Anjali accused Sapna of being unsupportive and jealous of girls who succeed through hard work.

She said, “Sapna Choudhary is allergic to any girl who rises in the industry by doing good work. Sapna also commented on the Bhojpuri film industry, saying that girls don’t feel safe there. She added that she had previously worked with Pawan Singh and described it as a good experience.

Anjali expressed disappointment that, despite being a fellow Haryanvi artist, Sapna has not stood by her. “After I was molested, Bhojpuri industry artists are supporting me, whereas Sapna Choudhary is not. She is blaming me for not protesting on the spot. The situation wasn’t right for me to speak up then, but at least Sapna should have condemned Pawan Singh’s behavior,” Anjali said. She added, “Sapna Choudhary is telling me that I can’t escape by saying there were fans on stage. She says I should have protested immediately. Sapna herself has been molested and even shot at numerous times but never protested. Now she is advising me?”
