Sapna Chaudhary is yet in trouble again. An arrest warrant has been issued against famous Haryanvi dancer Sapna Chaudhary. And even she can be arrested according to sources. Lucknow court has issued an arrest warrant against Sapna Chaudhary for canceling an event all of a sudden and not returning the money to ticket holders. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Shantanu Tyagi, while issuing the warrant against Sapna Chaudhary, asked the police to execute it and ordered the police to present her in court by November 22, which is the next date of hearing in the case.

Complaint filed at Ashiana Police Station

This FIR was registered against Sapna Chaudhary at Ashiana Police Station in the year 2018 on October 14. It was alleged that on October 13, the show was organized from 3 pm to 10 pm in Smriti Upvan, Lucknow. Apart from Sapna Chaudhary, the organizers of the program are Junaid Ahmed, Naveen Sharma, Iwad Ali, Amit Pandey, and Ratnakar Upadhyay.

The court has to frame the charges against Sapna Chaudhary, so she needs to be present in the court. After the FIR was registered against her in this case, Sapna Chaudhary had applied for dismissal of the complaint, which was later rejected.

The ticket was sold for 300 rupees

In the complaint filed in the court, it has been informed that these audiences had bought its ticket by paying Rs 300- each. Thousands of people were present to watch this show of Sapna Chaudhary but when she did not come till 10 pm, the audience started creating a ruckus, and soon after that, the complaint was registered against her.
