Madhu‘s pursuit of holistic well-being extends to her athletic endeavors. Starting golf at 40, she won the All India 7th Army ladies open in 2013. At 60, she embraced CrossFit, achieving remarkable success by securing first place in the Indian region for her age group at the CrossFit Open, ranking 5th in Asia and 331st globally.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Madhu finds joy in theatre, participating in productions like “Daddy in Doubt” with the Tamasha group. Inspired by her experience, she fosters a culture of extracurricular participation within her company. Despite her achievements, Madhu prioritizes her close-knit joint family, nurturing her two successful sons, Kunal and Shaurya.

Over the past five years, Madhu and her team have overseen the maintenance of the main sector road in Sector 40, Gurgaon. They have enlisted the services of a gardener to ensure the upkeep of the surrounding greenery.
