Deepika has chosen the Hollywood side of fame again as she recently signed up with the international agency, ICM. This move comes as no surprise as she has earlier earned a name for herself in the Hollywood industry. She not only has dominated Bollywood for a long time, but the queen is also going for the throne this time, and there’s no stopping her!

She ventured into Hollywood with her debut movie xXx: Return Of Xander Cage starring alongside Vin Diesel in 2017.

The much-anticipated agency, ICM has also signed up Hollywood stars like  Eugene Levy, Regina King, Olivia Colman, to name a few. It is a Los Angeles based agency. While Deepika is on the lookout for more international representation, this happens to be a great move for her career so far.

ICM Partners is one of the world’s leading talent agencies, devoted to the representation of a multitude of artists, content creators, broadcasters, authors, journalists, artisans etc. It is also home to many Emmy and Academy award-winning stars. Other big names housed under ICM include the likes of ‘The Vampire Diaries’ lead Ian Somerhalder, ‘Fast and Furious 9’ and WWE star John Cena, Lana Condor among others.

Deepika Padukone recently got candid about how she and her husband Ranveer Singh are different in many aspects. In an interview with Femina, she said, “What attracted me to him was the fact is that we have been together for eight years and are still discovering each other. I think that is the beauty of our relationship. We started off not as lovers but close friends, who connected at some level, even though we are very different people. So, even today, I don’t think he knows everything about me, and I can’t say I know everything about him.”

While Deepika Padukone has a spectrum of the lineup, she will star in Pathan with Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham, Nag-Ashwin’s Pan-India film with Prabhas, along with Mahabharata, The Intern official remake, Shakun Batra’s untitled next with Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Panday, and the recently announced film Fighter with Hrithik Roshan.

Speaking of the adaptation of ‘Mahabharata’ in which she plays Draupadi, she made a point to say “While Mahabharat is popularly known for its mythological tales and cultural influence, many of life’s lessons can also be derived from the epic. However, it is narrated from the perspective of men. Recounting it through the eyes of Draupadi will not only be interesting but also significant.” Here’s to wishing her all the luck and success for her future endeavors!
