‘Might Have Forgotten Underwear’: Troll On Miley Cyrus Grammy’s Appearance Takes Over Internet

Miley Cyrus’ acceptance speech following her second Grammy Award triumph for “Flowers” had an unexpected conclusion.

Miley Cyrus may have gone commando to the February 4 Grammy Awards in 2024. Miley, 31, thanked her crew, her family, and others on stage as she accepted the Record of the Year award for her smash song ‘Flowers’.

She then made a witty comment about not having any pants. “I don’t think I’ve forgotten anyone, but I might’ve forgotten underwear. The audience laughed and shouted as she said, “Bye!”

Miley At Grammys

Miley expressed her gratitude for winning one of the greatest prizes of the evening throughout the remainder of her speech.

“This award is amazing, but I hope that it doesn’t change anything because my life was beautiful yesterday,” she stated. “Not everyone in the world will get a Grammy, but everyone in this world is spectacular. So please don’t think that this is important, even though it’s very important.”

Miley continued by thanking her support system. It included her boyfriend Maxx Morando, sister Brandi Cyrus, mother Tish Cyrus, and team. Billy Ray Cyrus. However, Miley’s father was not mentioned in her speech.

On Sunday night, the former Hannah Montana actress won her first two Grammy Awards. Miley not only took home the Record of the Year award, but she also won Best Pop Solo Performance for her song “Flowers.” She raved about the superstar on stage as she won the latter prize from Mariah Carey.

Miley performed her award-winning song “Flowers” during the award show. “Why are y’all acting like y’all don’t know this song?” she told the audience while performing the chart-topping song on stage. Later in the performance, Miley paused and yelled out, “I just won my first Grammy!” as the audience cheered for her.

More about ‘Flowers’

Miley released “Flowers” in January 2023 as the lead single to her eighth studio album, Endless Summer Vacation. Although she has never acknowledged or refuted the rumour, many listeners think the song is about her ex-husband, Liam Hemsworth. Miley shrugged when asked if the song was about her ex in an interview with British Vogue, saying, “I never need to be a master at the craft of tricking an audience.” It will ignite of its own volition.
