Mrunal Thakur Breaks Silence On Her Teary-eyed Video
Mrunal is currently on a promotional spree for her upcoming film, Gumraah. She has been giving back-to-back interviews. In an interview with PTI, she spoke about the video. She said that she felt relaxed when she shared her emotions through the post and it was not to grab attention.
The Sita Ramam actress said that most people have stopped being vulnerable. She added that there are days when we feel sad or low, sad and sometimes feel under confident but that does not mean we should use a big word like depression.
Mrunal also said that there is a “thin line between feeling low and seeking help”. She also asked everyone not to be afraid of being vulnerable and asked to just own it.
The Jersey actress further added that in today’s world, a lot of hard work goes behind everything that looks “nice, pretty and aspirational” on social media. Actors face lots of problems. So, her video was to just to normalise feeling vulnerable.
She is happy that she listened to her “inner voice” and shared her feelings with the world.

On the professional front, Mrunal has the crime-thriller Gumraah also co-starring Aditya Roy Kapur. She also has Pooja Meri Jaan that also stars Huma Qureshi, Pippa with Ishaan Khatter, and R Balki’s Lust Stories 2. Telugu film Nani 30 is also in her kitty.
