He spoke openly about his personal life and professional life in a podcast here. During this, he also mentioned his love and passion for music. While talking about this, he said, ‘I became a father at the age of 20. That means when Vicky Donor was released, I was already a father. It was a very different experience. Tahira and I grew up together because we became parents at a very young age.’

The actor further told how much his life changed after his daughter came into his life. He said, ‘The best thing is that I have a daughter. You become a good person. Daughters make you understand the feelings of others better.’ He further said, ‘I am a completely different father. My father was a dictator. He used to beat me with slippers, belts, etc. It was common for him to do so. And because of this I also had mental trauma in my childhood. One day I was returning from a party and my shirt smelled of cigarettes. I never touched it out of fear of my father, but despite this, I was beaten for this.’
