Naga Chaitanya and rumours about his relationship with Sobhia Dhulipala have been circulating since 2022. The couple did not, however, reveal their then-developing romance. While they have both denied ever being together, there have been instances when they have appeared together in photos while on vacation. Sobhia and Naga eventually made the big decision and got engaged after dating for two years.

Sobhita and Naga got engaged on August 8, 2024, in a private ceremony that was witnessed by members of their immediate family. Sobhita, however, made sure to stay true to her heritage for the big day by donning a saree by renowned fashion designer Manish Malhotra. It came from the Andhra Pradesh weaving communities. Sobhita looked lovely in the golden blush hue of an Uppada silk drape, reminiscent of a traditional temple flower.
A gold necklace, matar mala, and jhumkas completed the bride-to-be’s look. Her look was completed with soft eye makeup, a bindi, and her hair pulled back into a bun. Conversely, Andhra Pradesh men wear a three-piece outfit known as pattu pancha, laalchi, and kanduva. Naga Chaitanya donned these traditions.
Naga Chaitanya’s father, Nagarjun Chaitanya announced his son’s engagement

For those unaware, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya fell in love during the filming of Ye Maaya Chesave, which was their first collaboration.
