Jersey, Shahid Kapoor’s upcoming Hindi version of the Telugu film of the same name, is being eagerly awaited by fans. Gowtam Tinnanuri is the writer and director of this drama film. Shahid Kapoor, Mrunal Thakur, and Pankaj Kapur star as cricketers in the film. Allu Aravind, Aman Gill, Dil Raju, and Suryadevara Naga Vamsi are producing the film.

The film’s official announcement was made in October 2019, and principal photography began on December 13 in Chandigarh. It was supposed to be released in theatres on August 28, 2020, but the COVID-19 epidemic forced a postponement. The film was completed on December 14, 2020. The film will be released in theatres on December 31, 2021, to coincide with the New Year.

She has a lot of potential. And it’s a lot of fun.” When a third fan questioned, “How important is the Jersey movie for you, sir?” Shahid replied, “It’s my best filmmaking experience ever.” I can’t wait to tell you about it.” Shahid responded to a fan’s question about the Jersey director by saying, “To be honest, I think he is my favorite so far.”
