The Bachchan family is one of the most famous clans in Bollywood. They are one close-knit brood who generally keep themselves away from the limelight. The power couple Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan have two children, Shweta Bachchan Nanda and Abhishek Bachchan. Shweta married businessman Nikhil Nanda and the pair is blessed with two kids- Navya Naveli Nanda and Agastya Nanda. On the other hand, Abhishek tied the knot to actress Aishwarya Rai on April 20, 2007, and the duo is parents to Aaradhya Bachchan.

Amitabh-Shweta doesn’t follow Aishwarya

Recently, a social media user stumbled upon the fact that Amitabh and Shweta do not follow Aishwarya on social media. He brought it to everyone’s notice and soon began a downpour of reactions on the same by netizens. The Reddit user claimed that Shweta and Aishwarya share cold vibes. He dropped a bunch of pictures of the Bachchan clan on the discussion portal. In one of the photos, Shweta is seen praising Katrina Kaif in the comment section of a post. However, she doesn’t even follow her own sister-in-law, Aishwarya on Instagram.

Furthermore, the user also shared screen grabs of Insta following of Amitabh, Abhishek and Shweta’s daughter Navya. While Abhishek and Navya follow Aishwarya, Amitabh refrains from doing so. It is worth mentioning that Big B follows other actresses like Ananya Panday, Kriti Sanon, Sara Ali Khan and others but not his own daughter-in-law.

The action of father-daughter didn’t go down well with netizens. They soon began slamming the two for not supporting Aishwarya. One user wrote, “They clearly really don’t like each other lol. Every public interaction of theirs is forced & cold. Even on Naavya’s podcast, they named every main B family member, except Ash. It’s very telling.” Another stated, “When Amitabh Bachchan said, we are a typical Indian family. This is what he meant”. A third one penned, “Ghar ghar ka problem hai ye. Bahu se poori family ko problem hoti hai.” “Amitabh doesn’t want to show his thirsty antics to Aishwarya,” read a comment.
