Newlyweds Athiya Shetty, KL Rahul Share First Pictures From Their Dreamy Haldi Ceremony; Check Out!

The union of personalities from two most famous worlds in India- Bollywood and Cricket always call for grand celebration. Recently, one more couple who took their relationship to next level by sealing it with marriage is that of Bollywood actress Athiya Shetty and cricketer KL Rahul. The duo took the plunge in the presence of their families and close friends in Khandala on January 23.

The ceremony of Athiya and KL Rahul was intimate yet grand which is quite evident from the pictures that have come out. Now, after sharing photos from their wedding ceremony, the two have put out some beautiful clicks from their Haldi ceremony. And it is all things dreamy.  Athiya and Rahul are rocking in golden outfits on the special day.

Taking to her official Instagram account, Athiya dropped several unseen snaps where she is seen enjoying her Haldi. In one of the images, Athiya is smiling widely with her husband KL Rahul as friends and family members shower yellow flower petals on them. In another one, the pair is spotted drenched in turmeric and sandalwood paste. One of the pictures also show Athiya putting haldi on her actor-brother Ahan Shetty’s face.

Athiya captioned the post as, “सुख ☀️”.

A few moments later, multiple celebs began reacting to the frames shared by Athiya. Suniel Shetty, Krishna Shroff, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, and others dropped heart emojis in the comments section.

Athiya-KL Rahul love story

Athiya and Rahul have been playing hide and seek for a long time. Though they never made it official, the mushy pictures they frequently shared with each other proved the love between them. Athiya was also seen accompanying KL Rahul on various cricket tours.

Workwise, Athiya Shetty marked her debut in Bollywood with 2015 romantic action film ‘Hero’ opposite Sooraj Pancholi. She will be soon appear as a lead in ‘Hope Solo’ which is based on footballer Afshan Ashiq’s life.
