Madhu Chopra revealed that she had specific expectations for her daughter’s future husband and how Nick Jonas went out of his way to meet those expectations before proposing to Priyanka.
Madhu Chopra recently shared in an interview that when Nick came to India, he took her out for lunch. Priyanka was not with them at that time. During the lunch, Nick asked Madhu what kind of man she wanted for Priyanka.
Madhu listed all the qualities she wanted in her son-in-law. Nick then took Madhu’s hand in his and asked if he could become that man. He even promised Madhu that he would fulfill all her wishes.
You might be surprised to know that Nick did not propose to Priyanka before talking to Madhu Chopra. Only after getting his future mother-in-law’s approval did he propose to Priyanka for marriage.
