The TV actress Hina Khan speaks openly on every issue, and once again, the actress has spoken about menstrual leave. She has written a long post, in which she says that there should be a two-day off in this situation.
Actress Hina Khan said that it would be better for all actresses if there was an option not to shoot during the first two days of periods. Hina shared a post on Instagram, in which she wrote, “We should be able to say ‘no’ during periods!”
Hina Khan is quite troubled and wants to take a day off due to period cramps. She expressed her pain on Instagram. The actress wrote, “I wish I had the option not to shoot during the first two days of my periods.”
She further wrote, “The body doesn’t have much strength, but still, we have to shoot outside. In nearly 40 degrees heat… period pain, mood swings, dehydration, heat, discomfort, low BP, and shooting, which involves running a lot in the sun… it’s not easy.”
Hina Khan became a household name with ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai,’ in which she played the role of a cultured daughter-in-law. After that, Hina appeared in ‘Bigg Boss 11.’
